3. Quotes, Availability, and Order Acceptance

  • Quotes are non-binding unless confirmed in writing and paid within the stated validity period.
  • Inventory and pricing may change prior to payment confirmation.
  • HAP may decline or cancel orders for availability, pricing errors, compliance concerns, or fraud risk.

4. Fitment and Buyer Responsibility

Customers must verify vehicle compatibility using make/model/year/VIN and any requested part numbers before installation. HAP provides guidance in good faith, but final fitment confirmation remains customer responsibility unless expressly guaranteed in writing.

5. Pricing, Taxes, and Payment Terms

  • All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
  • Applicable taxes, duties, and shipping charges are added where legally required.
  • Accepted payment methods include PayPal and Razorpay-enabled payment options.
  • Orders may be held for address verification, fraud checks, or transaction risk review.

6. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Before initiating a payment dispute, customers must contact HAP support to attempt resolution. Fraudulent or abusive chargebacks may result in account restrictions, legal recovery efforts, and denial of future service.

7. Shipping, Delivery, and Risk Transfer

Delivery estimates are non-guaranteed unless explicitly stated in writing. Risk of loss and title transfer to buyer upon confirmed delivery by carrier or pickup acknowledgment. Claims for transit damage must follow our Shipping Policy timelines.

8. Returns and Warranty

Returns, refunds, and warranty claims are governed by our Return & Refund Policy and Warranty Policy, which are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

9. Website Use Restrictions

  • No reverse engineering, scraping at harmful volume, malware distribution, or unauthorized access attempts.
  • No use of our website to transmit unlawful, deceptive, or abusive content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, HAP's aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid by customer for the specific order giving rise to the claim. HAP is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold HAP harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your misuse of services, policy violations, or unlawful conduct.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable at HAP's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will first be escalated through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes may proceed to arbitration or competent courts as required under applicable law and contractual obligations.

15. Severability and Entire Agreement

If any clause is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in full effect. These Terms, together with referenced policies, form the complete agreement regarding website use and purchases.

16. Updates to Terms

HAP may revise these Terms from time to time. Updated versions are effective as of the posted "Last updated" date.
